Starts, Speed Training, Relays & More!

Our Track and Field program is designed for children ages 6-12, providing a comprehensive introduction to various track and field events. Our coaches use age-appropriate instruction techniques to ensure that your child benefits fully from their time in our program. Whether your child is just starting out in track and field or looking to improve their existing skills, our program has something to offer.

All Around Track

Experienced coaches teach children ages 5-12 techniques for Track and Field. The athletes then participate in encouraging competition with others in their age range. Events include sprints, mid distance, long distance, hurdles, relays, and standing long jump. Age appropriate instruction will be given on starts, running on turns, running form, relays, and jumping form. All participants will receive a medal for participating.

Adventure running club

In Adventure Running Club, participants will get the opportunity to engage in physical activity in a fun, safe, and well-organized environment. Led by an energetic P.E. teacher, members of the running club will participate in obstacle courses, relay races, tag variations, and other exciting games. Themed based activities will activate the imagination!
